How I use your information

Your email address is used solely to send you the free guide you requested and occasional emails about my writing, book updates, and ideas related to starting over, mindset, and patterns. I will never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Email delivery — Mailchimp

I use Mailchimp to manage my email list and send messages. When you subscribe, your information is stored on Mailchimp's servers. Mailchimp's privacy policy is available at mailchimp.com/legal/privacy.

Unsubscribing

Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link. You can remove yourself from my list at any time with one click. I will not contact you again after you unsubscribe.

Blog comments

If you leave a comment on a blog post, I collect the name, email address, and comment text you submit. Your name and comment are published on the post once I approve them; your email address is never published and is used only to identify you for moderation and, if needed, to contact you about your comment. Comments are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. To have a comment or its associated email removed, email me at info@bogdanmarzewski.com.

Spam protection — Cloudflare Turnstile

The comment form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated spam. Turnstile is a privacy-focused alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs and does not track you across websites. Cloudflare's privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics software. No data about your browsing behaviour is collected or stored. Cloudflare Turnstile, used only on the blog comment form, may set a temporary token strictly to verify you are not a bot.

Canadian privacy law (CASL)

I comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You will only receive emails if you have explicitly opted in by submitting your email address on this website.
